Wildfire Watch
How to play
A wildfire burns in the middle of the forest. Each player watches over a lookout tower in a corner. If fire reaches the outer corner of your tower, you're out. Last tower standing wins.
Your turn
1. The wind spreads the fire. Tap a glowing space: one new π₯ directly downwind of any fire. (Skipped if there's nowhere to go.)
2. Then either play one card and draw one, or discard any number of cards and draw back up to your hand size.
Your one-time πͺ£ Bucket is a free extra action any time on your turn: put out a line of 3, with at least one π₯ inside your own tower zone.
Then tap Send and the link goes to the next player around the table. Undo works until you send.
Cards (52 + 1 Firestorm)
Rules of thumb
New fire always has to touch existing fire or the blaze in the middle. Fire can't cross firebreaks (only the Fallen Tree jumps them, and a Blowup ignores them).
Water can't put out fire inside a tower zone. Only a Bucket can.
Firebreaks can't go in a tower zone or right beside another firebreak (diagonal is fine). There are 24; after that the oldest one moves.
The wind never blows where no tower is left standing. A wind card's new direction starts with the next player.
Firestorm: when it's drawn, fire spreads one space in a rolled direction from every fire at once, then a new wind is rolled. Everyone may then swap any cards: the drawer right away, everyone else at the start of their next turn.
Burned out: whoever burns a tower takes that player's cards. Hand size grows by one for everyone, the others draw a card, and a partial firestorm sweeps the board.
Last Stand: once your bucket is used, you may discard 3 water or 3 firebreak cards to add 2 π₯ anywhere next to fire (that's your action).
