How to play
Everyone has a grid of 12 cards (4 columns of 3), face down. Over several rounds, keep your total low. Cards run from β2 to 12: the deck has 150 cards (five β2s, ten β1s, fifteen 0s and ten of each from 1 to 12).
Each round
At the start, everyone turns up 2 cards of their choice. In round 1 the highest pair goes first; after that, whoever ended the last round goes first.
On your turn, either take the top card of the discard pile and swap it for any card in your grid, or draw the top card of the draw pile. A drawn card can be swapped in, or thrown away β then you turn up one of your face-down cards.
A swapped-out card goes face up onto the discard pile. You can't peek at a face-down card before swapping it.
Three equal face-up cards in one column are cleared away to the discard pile.
When someone has turned up all their cards, everyone else gets one more turn. Then all cards are turned up and added to each total.
Whoever ended the round must have the lowest score of the round, alone. If not, their round score is doubled (only when it is above 0).
The end
The game ends after the round in which someone reaches 100 or more. The lowest total wins; equal totals share the win.
If the draw pile runs out, the discard pile (except its top card) is shuffled into a new draw pile.
By text
Tap Send to pass the link on. Because turns travel by text, each player picks the 2 cards they'll turn up next round during their last turn of this round (blind, as the cards aren't dealt yet). Whoever ended the round picks theirs when the new round reaches them.
The app hides face-down cards and the draw order, but the whole game is in the link: it's for friendly play, not a secret vault. Undo only works when nothing hidden was revealed.
